In verband met het vertrek van een van onze collega's, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor onze vakgroep longgeneeskunde.

Wat bieden we?

Een werkplek in een energiek en ambitieus team in een ziekenhuis met een goede intercollegiale sfeer. Wij bieden een arbeidsovereenkomst van 0.6 tot 0,8 fte conform AMS-voorwaarden, inclusief werkzaamheden in de avond, nacht en weekenden. Het betreft een vacature met een aanstelling van 1 jaar die bij gebleken geschiktheid wordt omgezet in een vast dienstverband.

Ons team en ons ziekenhuis

Wij zijn een enthousiaste jonge vakgroep longgeneeskunde, bestaande uit 5 longartsen, waarin ieder één of meer aandachtsgebieden heeft. We hechten waarde aan het werken in een goede sfeer in een klein patiëntgericht ziekenhuis. Wij leveren zorg in de volle breedte van ons vak en participeren afwisselend in de kliniek en op de polikliniek. De vakgroep wordt ondersteund door een enthousiast team van medewerkers bestaande uit polikliniekassistenten, longfunctielaboranten, longverpleegkundigen, casemanager en VS oncologie. In het ziekenhuis zijn SEH-artsen, acute internisten en ANIOS SEH aanwezig, verantwoordelijk voor de eerste opvang van patiënten op de SEH. Contacten met collega-specialisten verlopen uitstekend en er bestaat een goede relatie met de huisartsen in de regio. Bovendien werken wij sinds begin dit jaar in een gloednieuw modern ziekenhuis.

De regio

In de gemeente Weert wonen ruim 50.000 mensen. De gemeente ligt in Midden-Limburg en is goed bereikbaar. Weert heeft zowel een compacte centrumstad als prachtige natuurgebieden. Het is een zeer prettige regio om te wonen en te werken.

As a member of the Analytical Development Team, you will be in charge of developing and running dedicated (Bio)analytical methods, while assisting with other ongoing developments, based on customer needs. You are responsible to ensure analytical development is in line with quality control. You are accountable for the performance and results of the assigned projects. The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between 60.750,- EUR and 85.050,- EUR. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What you will do:

• Transfer, optimize, and develop bioanalytical methods to support product development and quality control.
• Plan, execute, and document method pre-validation studies in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Authoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Technical support in cross departmental documentation (validation documents, development documents)
• Train colleagues and transfer pre-validated methods to the GMP-compliant Quality Control (QC) department.
• Perform routine testing for development campaigns and stability studies as required.
• Represent the Analytical Development department as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in interactions with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Represent the Analytical Development department as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Project Team Member (PTM) in interactions with internal stakeholders and external clients.

What we are looking for:

• PhD + multiple years of experience in analytical development
• Expertise in analytical development of Bioassays in the area of mRNA-LNP.
• Practical and theoretical experience in analytical method development and validation, with a strong focus on potency assays in accordance with ICH and USP guidelines in the field of RNA-LNP bioassays. Especially regarding Flow Cytometry (FACS) and ELISA
• Deep understanding of statistical methods relevant to analytical method development and validation.
• Practical experience with cellular work (aseptic handling)
• Ability to lead junior staff and further their development
• Be a collaborative team player with a flexible and proactive mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and views changing priorities as opportunities.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for implementing and evaluating new analytical technologies.
• Very good communication skills and interaction with project organization and customers.

Preferred:

• Initial experience with GMP-compliant documentation and laboratory practices.
• Hands-on and deep theoretical experience with at least two of the following analytical techniques including trouble shooting: Sanger Sequencing, Oxford Nanopore Technology Sequencing, Quantitative PCR (qPCR), Liquid Chromatography coupled with Mass Spectrometry
• Initial experience in project management and/or customer management within an analytical development environment.

Voor een landelijke organisatie op het gebied van medische advisering zoeken wij een Bedrijfsarts in regio Den Haag voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. Binnen deze functie krijg je veel vrijheid om je agenda zelf in te richten en fysieke afspraken te combineren met digitale werkzaamheden en thuiswerken.

Wat ga je doen?

Welke werkzaamheden precies onderdeel worden van jouw functie, wordt mede bepaald door jouw ervaring, interesses en voorkeuren. De organisatie heeft verschillende opdrachtgevers en mogelijkheden en kijkt liever naar wat bij jou als arts past dan naar één vooraf volledig dichtgetimmerd takenpakket.

De ene bedrijfsarts krijgt energie van veel verschillende spreekuren en opdrachtgevers, terwijl een ander juist meer verdieping, taakdelegatie of advisering zoekt. Binnen deze functie hoeft dat niet voor iedere arts hetzelfde te zijn.

Samen wordt gekeken naar wat jij inhoudelijk wilt doen, hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid je wilt oppakken en hoe je jouw werkweek het liefst organiseert. Daarbij blijft werken op locatie belangrijk waar dat nodig is, maar zijn er tegelijkertijd veel mogelijkheden om werkzaamheden digitaal of vanuit huis uit te voeren.

Wat ga je doen als Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde?

Binnen deze functie werk je in een multidisciplinaire setting met betrokken collega's in een saamhorig team. • Act as lead and main Statistics contact for designated compound/indication
