This is a full-time, Temp to Perm position located in 's-Hertogenbosch.

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison across various departments, ensuring efficient customer order management and providing essential product information. If you possess a strong aptitude for sales support and are looking for a challenging opportunity within a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
- High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the technology industry is advantageous.
- Proven experience in data entry, production scheduling, and order tracking.
- Excellent professional communication skills, including phone, written (email), and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and direct client interaction, with strong problem-solving skills.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding job expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
what will you do
- Maintain sales accounts and provide technical and administrative product details to clients.
- Process daily sales orders and perform data entry with accuracy.
- Generate daily performance reports for clients
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing regarding estimated times of arrival.
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with intra-company project coordination between sales and other departments.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding order status, manage credit issues, and process returns.
- Develop and maintain strong customer service relationships.
