As a warehouse operator, you’ll work via Staffice for a leading logistics company near Schiphol. You’ll help process goods from all over the world, ensuring everything is handled quickly, safely, and correctly. With fixed rotating shifts, your schedule gives you both structure and room to enjoy your free time.

You’ll alternate between early and late shifts. One week you start early, the next week later. Perfect if you want to enjoy a slow morning or have free time in the afternoon. Everyone rotates between both shifts. If you don’t live near Hoofddorp or Aalsmeer, your own transport is essential — public transportation doesn’t cover these shifts. Because the work takes place in a secure area, a VGB (Certificate of No Objection) is required. To apply for this, you must have lived in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for at least 7 consecutive years. • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Forklift or reach truck certificate, or willingness to get one via Staffice
• Willingness to work two fixed shifts: 06:00–15:30 and 14:30–23:00
• Own transportation (car, scooter, or bike) due to limited public transport
• Lived in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for the past 7 years (VGB requirement)
• Physically fit and comfortable with active work
• Reliable, accurate, and hands-on attitude

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the daily receiving, storage, and distribution activities in the warehouse. You start your workday receiving and checking incoming shipments, after which you process them accurately into the system and place them in the correct location. Throughout the day, you move through the warehouse, perform physical tasks, drive the electric pallet truck (EPT) occasionally, and pick and pack outgoing orders. You work precisely according to the applicable quality guidelines and, together with your colleagues, maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

For this Recruitment & Selection role, you will be contracted directly by our client ! Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and placing all incoming shipments and materials in location
• Moving goods within the warehouse using the EPT and other tools
• Picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment in a controlled manner according to regulations
• Accurately entering and updating receiving and inventory data in the system
• Conducting inspections on incoming goods and preparing identification labels
• Identifying discrepancies or damage and reporting these directly to the manager
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean, orderly, and safe in accordance with quality standards

Requirements

• Strong motivation and a serious, active work mindset
• Strong attention to detail and an accurate way of working
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Physically fit and able to carry out lifting tasks up to 25 kg
• Experience with warehouse operations
• Willingness to drive the EPT occasionally and take on all-round logistics tasks
