What you'll do

• Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that machining processes meet the required specifications and standards.

Wie ben jij?

• Bachelor's in engineering (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing Technology).
• 5 Years' experience in a hard metal manufacturing and a passion for precision, multi-axis machining.
• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.

In het onderzoekscentrum: ● Heb je tijd om tot rust te komen. ● Is het mogelijk om je werk of studieboeken mee te nemen. ● Kun je je mede deelnemers uitdagen voor een potje tafeltennis, Monopoly of darten. ● Beschikken onze woonkamers over Playstations en TV’s met Netflix. Verblijfsperiode Deel A van het onderzoek bestaat uit 1 periode waarbij je gedurende 5 dagen (4 nachten) in het onderzoekscentrum in Groningen zal verblijven. De nakeuring zal tussen de 11 en 18 dagen na vertrek uit het onderzoekscentrum plaatsvinden. Deel B van het onderzoek bestaat uit 1 periode waarbij je gedurende 10 dagen (9 nachten) in het onderzoekscentrum in Groningen zal verblijven. De nakeuring zal tussen de 13 en 20 dagen na vertrek uit het onderzoekscentrum plaatsvinden. Je dient alle genoemde data (voor de groep die jij uitkiest) beschikbaar te zijn om deel te kunnen nemen. Wat wij bieden: ● Bruto vergoeding van €1.503,- tot €2.643,- ● Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23 per km - maximaal €193,20) ● Een medische check Gratis gebruik van alle faciliteiten in het onderzoekscentrum: zoals: Playstation 4, Netflix, Wifi, darts, pooltafel, spelletjes en een binnentuin met tafeltennis. Wat wij vragen: ● Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist. ● Je bent een gezonde man of vrouw. ● Je bent tussen de 18 en 55 jaar oud. ● Je Body Mass Index (BMI) van minimaal 19.0 en maximaal 30.0 kg/m 2 . ● Je hebt in de 3 maanden voor de medische keuring niet gerookt en geen nicotine- houdende producten gebruikt.
