De markt verandert snel en onze systemen en dienstverlening moeten daarin mee. Daarom zoeken we een Product Owner die wensen en kansen omzet in concrete verbeteringen.

Dit is een nieuwe functie. Je krijgt dus de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de rol én aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Mobilitics.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de schakel tussen Mobilitics, onze klanten en de ICT-ontwikkelteams van Amega. Amega heeft de ontwikkelcapaciteit in huis; jij zorgt dat de juiste verbeteringen op het juiste moment worden opgepakt.

Je haalt wensen op bij onze interne teams en zakelijke klanten. Dat kan gaan om systemen die het werk van onze salesteams makkelijker maken, verbeteringen in het serviceproces of nieuwe mogelijkheden voor grote zakelijke klanten.

Je brengt structuur aan, maakt wensen helder en bespreekt samen met betrokkenen wat de meeste waarde oplevert. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de vraag: helpt deze ontwikkeling Mobilitics vooruit, verbetert ze de klantbeleving en past ze bij wat de markt nodig heeft?

Vervolgens begeleid je de ontwikkeling. Je bewaakt afspraken, prioriteiten en voortgang en houdt iedereen aangehaakt. Zo zorg je dat ideeën ook daadwerkelijk hun weg vinden naar een bruikbare oplossing.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau en al wat werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in productontwikkeling, marketing, ICT of projectmanagement. Je hoeft nog niet alles al gedaan te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, overzicht houdt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Verder:

• heb je gevoel voor marketing, UX en een prettige klantbeleving;
• heb je affiniteit met ICT en digitale producten;
• kun je wensen vertalen naar duidelijke acties en prioriteiten;
• werk je gedisciplineerd en ben je organisatorisch sterk;

Over de functie

As a technician, you play an important role in the production process. You ensure that components are correctly assembled and that machines continue to function properly. Your responsibilities:

• Assemble and install production components according to work instructions
• Check product quality and identify any deviations
• Carry out minor repairs and technical adjustments to machines
• Work together with the production and technical teams
• Accurately record completed work and inspections

Working hours – 2-shift system:

• 06:00 – 14:30
• 14:30 – 23:00

Ben jij een technisch ingestelde operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een soepel en veilig productieproces? In deze functie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning wordt gehaald en dat alle producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënenormen.

Dit ga je doen

Als Operator Productie werk je in ploegendienst en houd je je bezig met onder andere:

• Instellen, bedienen, monitoren en bijsturen van het productieproces.
• Bedienen van doseer- en menginstallaties aan de hand van recepturen en werkinstructies.
• Instellen en bedienen van diverse afvul- en verpakkingsmachines.
• Bewaken van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen wanneer afwijkingen ontstaan.
• Verpakken van gereed product in verschillende verpakkingen, zoals zakken en drums.
• Instellen van kleinere verpakkingsmachines en randapparatuur, waaronder etiketteer- en printmachines en stapelrobots.
• Aanvullen van bunkers met grondstoffen en kleincomponenten.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en nemen van monsters volgens de geldende voorschriften.
• Registreren van productieresultaten en afwijkingen in de productieadministratie.
• Signaleren en melden van storingen, defecten en afwijkingen op het gebied van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en machine- en mensveiligheid.
• Schoonhouden en reinigen van machines en de werkomgeving.
• Uitvoeren van kleine reparatie-, onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden, waar nodig samen met de voorman of technische dienst.
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces en doen van verbetervoorstellen.
• Werken volgens de geldende SOP's, HACCP-richtlijnen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en bedrijfsprocedures.

Je bent in het bezit van

• MBO-1/2 werk- en denkniveau.
• Bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare productie- of operatorfunctie.
• Een geldig heftruckcertificaat.
• Ervaring of affiniteit met het werken met machines en productielijnen.
• Kennis van of interesse in veiligheids-, kwaliteits-, hygiëne-, milieu- en HACCP-richtlijnen.
• Je kunt procesgericht en nauwkeurig werken.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Je bent betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken.
• Je bent bereid om in ploegendienst te werken.

Dit krijg je ervoor terug

Veiligheid staat in deze functie voorop. Je werkt volgens de geldende bedrijfs- en wettelijke voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, hygiëne, kwaliteit, milieu en arbeidsomstandigheden. Je bent in staat om onveilige situaties te herkennen en hier direct naar te handelen. Ook weet je wanneer machines of installaties veilig moeten worden stilgelegd voor onderhoud of reparatie.

Je werkt regelmatig met bewegende en warme machines en grondstoffen. De functie kan fysiek belastend zijn en vindt plaats in een productieomgeving waar sprake kan zijn van geluid en warmte.
