Voor een snelgroeiende datacenterorganisatie zoeken wij een gedreven Datacenter Technician die verantwoordelijk is voor het dagelijks beheer, onderhoud en de optimale prestaties van de faciliteit.

In deze rol ben je het technische hart van de datacenteroperatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle elektrotechnische, mechanische en beveiligingssystemen optimaal functioneren, zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op maximale beschikbaarheid. Samen met andere Datacenter Technicians bewaak je de technische beschikbaarheid van de infrastructuur, voer je preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en draag je actief bij aan verbeterprojecten binnen het datacenter.

Let op: wij staan ook open voor minder ervaren datacenter technicians die bereid zijn zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen dit vakgebied. Heb je een technische achtergrond en affiniteit met datacenters, maar nog niet jarenlange ervaring? Dan moedigen we je zeker aan om te solliciteren!

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel beheer van de datacenterfaciliteiten, inclusief elektriciteitsverdeling, koeling, UPS-systemen, generatoren en brandveiligheid.
• Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en storingsanalyses aan mechanische en elektrotechnische installaties.
• Monitoren van systemen en proactief signaleren van afwijkingen of risico’s.
• Ondersteunen bij incidenten en wijzigingen, inclusief het bijhouden van documentatie en rapportage.
• Begeleiden van leveranciers en aannemers tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
• Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.
• Assisteren bij commissioning- en testprocedures voor nieuwe installaties en upgrades.
• Zodra het datacenter operationeel is, ondersteunen van IT-gerelateerde werkzaamheden, zoals het uitvoeren van fysieke installaties, patching, kabelmanagement en serverinstallaties.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een proactieve technicus met een passie voor het onderhouden van complexe, mission-critical installaties. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek (of vergelijkbaar).
• Bij voorkeur minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in de datacenterindustrie of een vergelijkbare kritische omgeving (zoals ziekenhuizen of maritieme sector).
• Affiniteit met IT en de bereidheid om op termijn ook IT-gerelateerde werkzaamheden uit te voeren.
• Een professionele beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan storingsdiensten (on-call) en incidenteel buiten kantooruren te werken.
• In bezit van certificaten zoals VCA-basis en NEN 3140.

Als Service Technician ben je het visitekaartje van Quantum. Je zorgt ervoor dat maritieme stabilisatorsystemen altijd in perfect staat zijn. Of het nu gaat om een gloednieuwe installatie op een scheepswerf of een spoedreparatie aan boord van een schip.

• Onderhoud & Reparatie: Je voert servicebeurten uit en lost complexe storingen op aan Quantum-apparatuur en systemen van derden.
• Installatie: Je ondersteunt scheepswerven en technici bij het correct installeren van nieuwe systemen.
• Diagnose: Je analyseert problemen in elektronische, mechanische en hydraulische systemen en trekt de juiste conclusies.
• Rapportage: Na je werkbezoek zorg je voor een heldere rapportage en administratie.
• Beheer: Je houdt je eigen gereedschapskist en servicevoertuig spiksplinternieuw en georganiseerd.

Jij bent de aanpakker die we zoeken. Met jouw technische inzicht zorg jij ervoor dat onze prototypebanden perfect worden voorbereid voor wereldwijde tests. Je bent leergierig en draagt graag bij aan een veilige werkomgeving.

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met bandenmontage en een goede technische basis.
• Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
• Je beheerst de basis van Microsoft Office en kunt naast de Nederlandse taal bij voorkeur ook Engels.
• Je bent veiligheidsbewust, hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent minimaal in het bezit van rijbewijs B.

wat ga je doen
Als Tyre Technician ben je een onmisbare schakel in het wereldwijde testproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle prototypebanden klaar zijn voor hun reis naar testteams over de hele wereld. Jouw werkdag is afwisselend en uitdagend, waarbij je diverse technische werkzaamheden uitvoert.

• Je inspecteert, monteert, demonteert en balanceert prototypebanden nauwkeurig.
• Je voert bandmetingen uit, inclusief het gebruik van de Tread Wear Scanner, en maakt kleine aanpassingen met de laser carving machine.
• Je monteert wielen op testvoertuigen, zowel in ons warehouse als op locatie.
• Je detecteert en rapporteert eventuele fouten aan banden of apparatuur.
• Je volgt en verbetert onze Standard Operation Procedures om de kwaliteit te behouden.

what will you do
In this side job, you'll stay active by receiving, sorting, and loading goods 🚚. As a warehouse employee, you play a key role in the logistics process, making sure every shipment gets exactly where it needs to go! 📦

where will you work
Based in our Breda warehouse, you'll help sort nightly shipments for technicians, handling everything from small parts to full pallets 📦. You’ll join an informal, friendly team where a buddy will personally show you the ropes from day one 🤝. • Salary of € 15.00 per hour for hours between 7:45 PM and 10:00 PM, and € 19.50 per hour from 10:00 PM onwards. You even get paid during your break!
