Who you are
Tu es une personne autonome, rigoureuse et orientée solutions. Tu apprécies les environnements dynamiques et possèdes une réelle aisance relationnelle et administrative.

• Tu résides impérativement dans un rayon de 30 km autour de Breda (ex: Tilburg, Oosterhout, Roosendaal, Etten-Leur).
• Tu justifies d'au moins 1 ans d'expérience réussie en Customer Service B2B, gestion des commandes ou administration logistique.
• Maîtrise parfaite du français (niveau C1 / langue maternelle) et de l'anglais. La maîtrise d'une autre langue d'Europe du Sud (espagnol ou italien) est un atout très apprécié.
• Bonne maîtrise des systèmes ERP (de préférence SAP) et de MS Excel.
• Excellent sens de l'organisation, esprit d'équipe et résistance au stress.

What will you do
En tant que Représentant Customer Care pour la zone Europe du Sud (axé sur le marché français), tu es responsable de l'ensemble du processus Order-to-Cash pour nos partenaires internationaux (Foodservice, Retail et B2B).

• Saisie, suivi et validation des commandes clients de A à Z dans SAP.
• Communication quotidienne avec les clients internationaux, les account managers et les partenaires logistiques.
• Traitement, analyse et résolution des réclamations commerciales, logistiques ou de qualité en collaboration avec le service Qualité.
• Suivi rigoureux des livraisons (OTIF) et préparation de la documentation de transport et d'exportation requise.
• Participation active à l'amélioration des processus internes pour maximiser la satisfaction client.

Who you are
You are a skilled and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable dealing with commercial stakes, tracking logistics, and resolving complex operational queries. You recognize yourself:

• You already live close to Breda. If you are currently living outside of the Netherlands, we can't take you into procedure
• You have experience in B2B customer service, supply chain administration or order management. You know how to switch between detailed administration and customer contact.
• You are fluent in French (C1/native level) and English. Knowledge of another Southern European language (Spanish or Italian) is a major plus!
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Excel

What will you do
As a customer care representative for the Southern European market (focused on France and surrounding regions), you oversee the complete order-to-cash process for international foodservice, retail, and B2B partners.

• Processing, confirming, and monitoring customer orders end-to-end using SAP
• Direct daily communication with international clients, account managers, and logistics partners
• Ensuring orders are dispatched and delivered on time and in full (OTIF), including required export/shipping documentation
