Overview

In this role you support a growing international transfer pricing team to deliver end-to-end TP projects for diverse clients. You will collaborate cross-locationally, contribute to knowledge growth, and coach junior colleagues while engaging with senior professionals. Expect involvement in client interviews, APA drafting, TP risk advisory, and relationship development to acquire new TP engagements. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Conduct client interviews locally and abroad
• Draft Advance Pricing Agreements and discuss with APA team of the tax office
• Advise on transfer pricing risks, including during due diligence
• Maintain client relationships and win new transfer pricing projects
• Collaborate with cross-location teams and guide junior staff

Belangrijkste vereisten

• University-level degree in Tax or Economics

• At least 3 to 4 years of transfer pricing experience

• Independent with a straightforward approach

• Experience guiding and developing junior staff with strong communication

• Fluent in English and Dutch (preferably)

• Value quality over quantity and be socially involved

• Preferably enrolled in the three-year NOB training
