Overview

In this Strategy Director role, you shape strategic thinking for regional and global clients from the Netherlands, blending brand transformation with social-first marketing and lifecycle programs. You own the strategy roadmap and guide cross-functional teams through creative execution. You collaborate with senior client leaders to deliver innovative, measurable strategies. This position sits at the heart of the Netherlands pod, driving impact across brand, content, and performance initiatives. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values cultural fluency and strategic leadership.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead end-to-end account and program strategies, including brand positioning, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives
• Set up content and platform-native strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and X aligned to client objectives
• Advise clients with strategic insights, market trends, and decision-guiding roadmaps
• Facilitate workshops and craft briefs for creative, media, and tech partners
• Audit campaigns and digital assets to extract actionable insights and optimize performance
• Develop KPI frameworks and test plans to measure impact of initiatives and campaigns
• Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level strategists and foster cross-functional collaboration

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 10+ years in brand, digital, or communications strategy

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English

• Proven track record in modern social-first campaign strategy and large-scale brand transformation

• Ability to craft integrated strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels

• Strong presentation and narrative skills to advise senior client leaders
