Overview

As Senior Director of Strategy, you will shape the PVH+ plan for the brand across the EMEA region, translating insights into actionable roadmaps and strategic initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed global environment, partnering with executive leadership to align regional and enterprise goals. You drive growth and transformation through rigorous analysis, executive communications, and accountable program delivery. This role offers the opportunity to influence board-level direction and shape the brand's long-term roadmap in a dynamic fashion/retail context.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Identify strategic opportunities across brand, product, marketing, and operational initiatives
• Align regional strategies with APAC, EMEA, and Americas leadership teams
• Provide a holistic view across channels: DTC, Wholesale, Retail & Outlet
• Collaborate with divisions (buying, planning, marketing, stores, ecommerce) to connect strategic and commercial goals
• Conduct strategic analysis to inform decisions and uncover opportunities
• Develop strategic communications and executive presentations (annual strategy, board, town hall, budget)
• Hold stakeholders accountable through quantitative analysis and dashboard reporting
• Translate research and insights into concrete actions for leadership and execution

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 10+ years of senior experience in in-house strategy and consulting, with fashion or retail focus

• Experience supporting board-level leadership

• Ability to own end-to-end projects and programs in a high-level strategic role

• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization

• Strong financial acumen and experience building strategic roadmaps and business plans

• Expertise in strategic analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations and execution

• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
