Overview

As Senior Director, HRBP, you'll partner with the Global Head of Quality and the Head of Strategy to shape people strategies that drive performance and growth. You will lead organizational design, transformation, and leadership development across global Quality and Strategy teams, enabling compliant, agile, and high-impact operations. You'll influence executive leadership, steer workforce planning, and cultivate a future-ready talent pipeline in a regulated industry. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives in Global Quality and Global Strategy, aligning people priorities with business objectives
• Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives to improve effectiveness, agility, and accountability
• Drive executive coaching, succession planning, and leadership development to strengthen leadership impact
• Oversee long-term workforce planning, identify capability gaps, and translate strategy into workforce strategies
• Champion culture, engagement, and change leadership to support performance and inclusion
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and risk management in collaboration with Legal and Compliance
• Utilize workforce data and market intelligence to guide decisions on capability, location, and build vs. buy
• Partner with centers of excellence to deliver talent, learning, performance, and rewards solutions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with senior executives

• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/healthcare)

• Proven success in organization design, workforce planning, succession, and change initiatives

• Strong business and financial acumen linking people strategy to business outcomes

• Ability to influence executive leaders and manage complex stakeholder networks

• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision-making
