Overview

In this role you drive client-centric transformation programs and shape strategic CX and digital initiatives. You will work closely with C-level and cross-disciplinary teams to define visions, operating models, and omnichannel experiences that differentiate clients. You lead end-to-end engagements, balancing business outcomes with customer needs, and you orchestrate cross-service-line delivery to win new business and deliver measurable value. This position offers exposure to senior leadership, international projects, and opportunities to influence SQLI's growth and market impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Assess digital, customer experience, and organizational maturity; analyze challenges, needs, and market opportunities
• Define transformation visions, objectives, and operating models; benchmark against best-in-class competitors
• Lead CX transformation initiatives from research to journey design and future-state omnichannel experiences
• Facilitate product discovery bridging business, customer, and technology needs
• Manage end-to-end consulting engagements: multidisciplinary teams, quality, budgets, risks, and executive presentations
• Shape win strategies, RFP responses, and value propositions to win deals; identify growth opportunities within accounts
• Coordinate cross-service-line delivery and orchestrate joint engagements; mentor consultants and share methodologies
• Represent SQLI in events, publications, and industry initiatives

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree in a related field

• 8+ years in consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, or product strategy

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes

• Track record in business development, proposals, or client growth

• Strong collaboration with digital and product teams and ability to engage executives

• Experience in international and multidisciplinary environments

• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong plus; German is an asset

• Stakeholder engagement and facilitation with executives
