In this Senior Business Consultant role, you shape solutions for complex business challenges within the Digital Strategy & Advisory practice. You translate strategy into practical transformation initiatives and lead cross-functional workstreams with AI, automation, and data analytics support. You'll guide engagements end-to-end, balancing delivery quality with stakeholder management. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Shape approaches to complex business challenges such as digital transformation and operational excellence
• Own consulting content for assigned workstreams by structuring problems and guiding analysis
• Lead business consulting workstreams end-to-end with governance over scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and deliverables
• Translate findings into practical recommendations for clients
• Contribute to proposals and practice growth

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Engineering or related field

• 4-7 years of post-study professional experience in business consulting

• Excellent Dutch and French, with professional English proficiency

• Proven delivery experience across business transformation, digital transformation, process optimisation, organisational design, governance, and change management

• Ability to structure complex problems, select methodologies, and produce evidence-based recommendations

• Experience leading consulting workstreams with scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder management

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on consulting delivery experience; project management alone is not sufficient
