Overview

As Resource Planner Asset Management, you drive frontline workforce planning to support pursuits and projects by identifying and deploying talent. You will partner with Sector and Service leaders to manage demand, ensure data quality, and build strong on-the-ground networks. This role centers on proactive planning, dashboard insights, and timely recruitment input to keep projects resourced and billable. You'll work across the EUK and pursue leaders to balance capacity with demand, delivering measurable impact for Asset Management teams.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Engage with EUK team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability
• Own 12-week look-ahead quality for managers within remit
• Proactively identify work and demand for pre-planned Asset Management
• Provide dashboard insights to stakeholders for informed decisions
• Identify recruitment needs and coordinate accordingly
• Maximize soft booking and pre-planning practices
• Support mobilization/de-mobilization of talent to projects across the EUK
• Be the primary contact for talent seeking new opportunities in Asset Management (EUK)
• Develop understanding of aligned teams to offer strong recommendations
• Build networks with pursuit leaders/project managers and identify suitable resources
• Establish and maintain network with Asset Management team managers and drive solution-oriented accountability
• Understand how to engage GEC within Asset Management
• Identify data gaps in workforce planning and resolve issues
• Assist onboarding of new joiners and maintain WFP Tags profiles
• Engage with Sector/Industry leads to capture client talent requirements
• Manage demand marketplace and enrich workforce data
• Identify and escalate supply/demand risks in Asset Management
• Address behaviors potentially impacting outcomes and escalate when needed
• Provide early warning on supply gaps/oversupply to Sector WFP Directors
• Escalate changes and leverage WFP network for solutions
• Serve as the focal point in pursuits to source suitable talent for sales
• Identify key client attributes and integrate into WFP Tags
• Support prioritization of top-tier clients or major opportunities
• Act as contact for Tier 3-4 client teams in Asset Management

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, deployment coordination or similar in the AEC or related professional Services Industry in the EUK

• Strong understanding of workforce analytics, forecasting, and how demand signals affect deployment decisions

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to challenge appropriately

• Knowledge of regional talent trends, labor markets and basic employment law relevant to workforce planning

• Analytical and data-driven with ability to identify data gaps and improve data quality

• Change management and transformation expertise for evolving processes and tools

• Knowledge of processes and systems that drive workforce planning data, WFP tags and demand matching or ability to learn quickly

• Client-oriented, solution-driven with ability to translate client needs into resource actions

• Strong communication skills with ability to provide timely feedback and early warnings on risks

• Ability to manage competing priorities, escalate risks, and leverage networks for talent

• Understanding of commercial drivers like utilization, billability, project margins, and their impact on planning

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adherence to workforce planning practices without direct authority
