Overview

In this role you will deliver high-quality research and strategic insights for Mastercard's Advisors Research Center. You will work with a global client base to produce impactful research outputs, combining primary and secondary research with data analysis. You'll synthesize information from multiple sources and prepare client-ready presentations. The role offers visibility across projects and the opportunity to influence client decisions through rigorous research and effective communication.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Deliver new research outputs and strategies to market with impact
• Conduct primary research (interviews, surveys) and secondary research (market reports)
• Analyze large data sets from quantitative techniques
• Synthesize information from multiple sources
• Prepare client-ready slides aggregating data
• Produce clear business writing and communications for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in client calls and internal team meetings

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Minimum five years of experience in a research agency or client research department

• Expertise in primary and secondary research

• Proficiency in English and Dutch; other languages desirable

• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools preferred
