Overview

In this role you support product development and distribution by removing regulatory barriers for the Label and Graphic Materials portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs and help build the Product Stewardship database, protecting the brand while enabling innovative solutions. You will engage with external stakeholders and sign off on compliant material choices, contributing to a global regulatory posture. This is a hybrid role based in Oegstgeest within the EMENA Product Stewardship and Compliance team.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory questions from customers and markets
• Help implement product compliance systems, policies, and programs
• Support development of the Product Stewardship database
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and external bodies
• Conduct chemical risk assessments and approve material choices for adhesives with application in mind

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 1-2+ years in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles

• Academic degree in a relevant discipline or regulatory education in chemical/packaging fields

• Hands-on experience with AI to manage data and compliance is a plus

• Engineering or regulatory knowledge to translate technical specs into regulatory implications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficient written and spoken English

• Structured and detail-oriented approach

• Effective cross-functional communication

• Detail-oriented

• Analytical mindset

• Regulatory knowledge (REACH, CLP, PPWR)

• Chemical compliance familiarity

• AI/data management for compliance
