You lead cross functional projects and collaborate with international teams to deliver strategic, implementable solutions. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Analyse, design, and implement processes leveraging the GRIPP methodology
• Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools
• Draw up product breakdowns for large scale, long term projects with budgets from €3M to €50M
• Advise clients on digital transformation and best practices
• Provide training and coaching to client teams on new processes

Belangrijkste vereisten

• BSc or MSc work and thinking level

• 3-7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation

• Proficiency in BPMN and experience with Adonis or Aris

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus)

• Experience in Life Sciences and systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS is preferred

• Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English
