Overview

As Manager in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management at EY, you will lead complex transformation programs for asset-intensive industries. You'll shape end-to-end Asset Management solutions and guide clients through strategy, design, implementation, and value realization. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SAP-enabled outcomes. This role combines deep SAP expertise with leadership to drive tangible improvements in asset operations at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management workstreams across greenfield, brownfield, and carve-out programs
• Design end-to-end Asset Management solutions including data structures, maintenance planning, and lifecycle management
• Coordinate integration with Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain and Project Systems
• Translate business requirements into SAP standard capabilities and promote fit-to-standard
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and engage with plant managers, engineers, and CIO-level stakeholders
• Lead solution design workshops, blueprinting sessions, and design authority forums
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants to ensure delivery quality and team development
• Contribute to proposals, solution shaping, and thought leadership
• Drive collaboration across EY service lines (Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, Finance, Supply Chain)
• Support practice growth through innovation and knowledge sharing

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Strong consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management

• Proven leadership engaging with senior client stakeholders

• Structured analytical mindset with delivery focus

• Ability to balance transformation goals with system and data realities

• Excellent English communication; Dutch advantageous

• 6+ years' experience in SAP consulting or related Asset Management roles

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions

• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery

• Experience managing teams and workstreams in complex transformations

• Hands-on knowledge of EAM and related areas (Asset & Service Management, Maintenance planning, asset accounting, integration with Finance)
