Overview

In this role you will drive growth for Sia by leading sales, delivery, and people management in cybersecurity and AI trust. You'll work with Directors, Partners, and global consultants to win new business and guide engagements from proposal to delivery. You'll provide industry guidance and implement best practices while building high-performing teams across projects. This is an opportunity to shape transformative AI and data initiatives for clients in a fast-evolving domain.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing and new clients
• Guide commercial proposals with Senior Managers and Managers
• Achieve sales and delivery targets
• Oversee business delivery and team management for clients
• Provide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices
• Build and lead consultants on missions and in commercial endeavors

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's Degree

• 8+ years in a consultancy

• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation

• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements

• Strong interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly develop expertise

• Fluent in Dutch and English; German knowledge is a plus

• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

• Dynamic with an entrepreneurial mindset
