Overview

As Legal Counsel at OMRON you will support the EMEA Legal Team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will provide practical legal advice, review and negotiate commercial agreements, and contribute to compliance projects in a fast-moving, multicultural environment. You'll work closely with internal clients and cross-functional teams to manage know-how and implement best practices. This role offers hands-on experience in international contracting and exposure to legal tech and digitalization initiatives. You will help shape the company's legal framework while enjoying hybrid work and development opportunities.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Review and negotiate general terms and conditions, NDAs, purchase and service agreements
• Provide general legal advice to colleagues in the business
• Join and assist legal team members on various projects
• Conduct legal research with a focus on compliance
• Help manage the legal team's know-how base

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master in Dutch law (or Master in Law from another EU Member State)

• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in private practice or in-house in an international corporate setting

• Hands-on mentality with a desire to expand knowledge

• Experience with commercial contracting

• Interest in legal technology, AI, and digitalization is a plus

• Enthusiastic team player and ability to work in a dynamic organization

• Fluent in English; Dutch or another European language preferred

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
