Overview

In this role, you lead and develop the IGI data science team within Ipsos Amsterdam, shaping methodologies and production-quality data science systems for media research. You collaborate with researchers to deliver actionable insights across cross-media studies and complex analyses. You steer data processing, modelling, and predictive work, translating technical results into clear business impact for clients. You join a dynamic, cross-functional environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and innovative data-driven solutions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage data team in close collaboration with the Service Line lead
• Develop and maintain production-quality data science systems
• Manipulate complex data from diverse sources using Python, R, SQL, and GCP
• Perform advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling for media research
• Support researchers and ensure quality checks before delivery
• Communicate results visually to internal/external stakeholders
• Renew and improve existing data structures and processes

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Management experience

• Programming in Python and R

• Experience with Git and collaborative data science workflows

• Statistical background with regression, segmentation, data fusion

• Experience in media research

• Cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with automated production systems

• Strong English communication skills
