Overview

In this role, you will drive the onboarding and ongoing accounting support for a single large strategic client within Citco's fund accounting ecosystem. You will work across onboarding, hyper-care, and full-time fund accounting phases, leveraging Yardi Voyager to set up fund structures and migrate data. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across GAAP, IFRS, and local standards. This role combines client-facing coordination with hands-on accounting delivery, offering meaningful impact on a high-profile client and the firm's growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Onboard a large strategic client onto the Yardi platform, including fund structures, entities, and data setup
• Design and test fund structures, accounting consolidation rules, and multi-currency reporting
• Coordinate data migration, ETL processes, and file containment with internal and client teams
• Support hyper-care go-live, ensuring data capture, calculation accuracy, and client-specific reporting
• Provide full fund accounting support during Phase 3, including financial statements, ledgers, and investor allocations
• Coach and train staff, liaise with auditors and consultants, and contribute to ad hoc projects

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 5+ years public or private accounting experience

• 3+ years in accounting for financial services (Real Estate, Asset Management, or Fund Administration desirable)

• Yardi Voyager experience essential (Investment Management Module & Core Voyager)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong project management, attention to detail, and accountability
