Overview

In this FP&A role, you will drive the budgeting and forecasting process, deliver insightful financial and non-financial analysis, and partner with leaders across the business to inform strategic decisions. You'll contribute to executive reporting, build and refine long-term models, and ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance. You'll work in a cross-functional environment focused on creating value and supporting Equinix's growth and governance. This is a chance to shape financial planning in a global, innovative company.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Forecasting: consolidate analysis and templates to support budget and forecast cycles; refine long-term strategic models
• Reporting: prepare and analyze executive and operational KPI reports; lead complex reporting initiatives
• Business Partnering: influence and understand cross-functional business needs and deliver solutions
• Financial Analysis: identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues
• Control/Compliance: manage purchase orders, headcount approvals, and ensure SOX/regulatory compliance
• Sales Commission: review and approve commissions and sales bonuses

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Proven years of experience in finance or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• MBA preferred; CPA/CFA certification preferred
