Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives within the CFO & Enterprise Value portfolio, helping clients modernize finance functions through strategy, processes, data, and technology. You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and guide international teams across Finance Strategy, Digital Finance Transformation, ERP optimization, and Gen AI-enabled analytics. You will shape operating models, policy development, and change management to deliver sustainable value.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects from strategy to implementation
• Drive business development and client relationship management across industries
• Improve finance processes through best practices, ERP optimization, and operating model redesign
• Oversee small finance teams and collaborate with technology experts on finance systems selection, implementation, and integration
• Leverage advanced analytics and Gen AI to enhance efficiency and insights
• Lead change management activities to ensure capability-building in finance teams
• Utilize financial data to enable data-driven partnering and decision-making for CFOs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tech-enabled transformation and new value streams

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 6+ years total experience with 3+ years in finance strategy or management consulting

• Experience addressing CFO challenges, finance operating models, intelligent finance processes, and ERP technologies

• Data modelling, analytics, data visualization, AI, and machine learning experience

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for compelling narratives

• Proven ability to connect with finance experts and stakeholders

• Leadership and communication skills to mentor and coach teams

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environments

• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred
