Overview

In this role, you help secure the financial oversight of ING Hubs by guiding budgeting, planning and analysis across the consolidated entity. You will monitor results, identify risks, and drive cost optimization while supporting policies aligned with the group's strategic goals. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard financial integrity and contribute to the rollout of ING Hubs' finance vision. This position offers a pivotal impact on efficiency, controls, and strategic finance at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Oversee consolidated business advice activities and ensure efficient budgeting, planning and analyses
• Monitor financial results, identify risks and propose corrective actions
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business management, HR, legal) to support objectives
• Develop and implement policies aligning with strategic/financial goals (pricing, dividend, capital, resolution)
• Monitor and manage financial controls and the integrity of financial information
• Assist in timely preparation of consolidated Financial Statements for ING Hubs

Belangrijkste vereisten

• University degree in finance, accounting or related

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret/present financial data

• Minimum 5 years of experience as controller or similar in finance

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of cost accounting within a shared services center

• Knowledge of IFRS/IFRS and tax law and accounting standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of financial tools and systems
