Overview

In this role you will design and own the EU-wide commercial performance framework, turning data into actionable insights for leadership. You'll bridge strategy and execution with a focus on leading indicators, dashboards, and a clean narrative for reviews from regional to market levels. You will partner with the Insights & Analytics Hub and support planning cycles (AOP, LRP, reforecast) to ensure decisions are evidence-driven. This is a high-impact position within Teva's commercial organization, offering a chance to shape how performance is measured and acted upon across Europe.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Design and own the end-to-end KPI framework for EU with emphasis on leading indicators
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics Hub to build scalable, automated dashboards and keep KPIs relevant
• Own the content framework and analytical backbone for business reviews, ensuring insights-led discussions
• Establish a clear performance rhythm from weekly flash reports to quarterly reviews
• Serve as the single point of truth for commercial performance data for regional and global leadership
• Support AOP, LRP and reforecast cycles by providing the analytics layer for evidence-based plans

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 10+ years in commercial operations, commercial excellence or business analytics in pharma

• Proven track record designing and implementing KPI frameworks and dashboards at regional/global level

• Experience supporting business reviews and financial planning in matrix organizations

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analytics into executive-ready narratives

• Strategic thinking with execution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners
