Overview

In this role you will guide organizations on ECM strategy and information governance, shaping solutions that enable secure, compliant content management. You'll partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation from concept to implementation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, design ECM architectures, and oversee migrations and integrations to improve efficiency and compliance. The opportunity centers on delivering tangible ECM outcomes within a consulting context and shaping client capabilities for future-ready information management.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Advise on content management strategy, information governance, and digital transformation.
• Conduct business analyses, workshops, and maturity assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and ECM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and oversee ECM solutions (document management, records management, enterprise search, workflow, content governance).
• Lead implementations, migrations, and integrations across ECM platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (GDPR).
• Manage stakeholders, lead project teams, and support change management and user adoption.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and pre-sales activities.

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Proven experience in ECM consulting or advisory roles.

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco, or Nuxeo.

• Experience with information governance, records management, document management, and workflow automation.

• Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, DLP, and compliance frameworks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading complex business and technology transformation projects.

• Knowledge of AI-driven content management and automation solutions (highly desirable).
