Overview

As a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect at HSO, you shape the solution vision for complex multinational CRM transformations. You will guide executives, delivery teams, and consultants to deliver customer engagement, sales, marketing, and digital operations on the Microsoft stack. You'll mentor staff, drive architecture decisions, and contribute to reusable assets and best practices. This role offers global impact, leadership growth, and the chance to advance AI-enabled delivery in a collaborative, cross-border environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes
• Advise senior stakeholders on digital transformation and technology strategy
• Drive discovery workshops and solution design
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and data
• Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance
• Support strategic presales and executive customer engagements
• Shape best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8+ years of CRM consulting and solution architecture experience

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform

• Experience leading enterprise-scale CRM and customer engagement transformation programmes

• Experience architecting solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Field Service

• Broad solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE with cross-module design experience

• Strong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Experience leading international end-to-end implementations across multiple countries/regions

• Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack including Azure, integrations, analytics, AI, and automation

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities

• Presales and business development experience is highly desirable
