Overview

In this role, you drive transformation projects in Risk & Regulatory for clients, shaping efficient, strategic ways of working. You join a team that aims to enhance risk management, profitability and customer outcomes through rigorous analysis and tailored solutions. You'll apply methodologies at client sites and spot commercial opportunities with the team. You mentor colleagues and share knowledge through internal and external training, contributing to client success and team development. The opportunity combines deep risk insight with hands-on delivery in an international setting.

• Perform complex analyses to identify key issues and craft actionable solutions
• Manage relevant methodologies and tools and implement them at client organizations
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities within your expertise with the team
• Take initiative to guide other consultants and ensure delivery
• Provide internal and external training to share knowledge

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree

• At least 4 years of consulting experience in financial services within Risk & Regulatory

• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

• Strong understanding of financial sector products, trends and processes

• Ability to process information, identify problems, and solve complex problems

• Team-oriented with ability to work independently and share ideas

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
