Overview

You lead a high-impact analytics and insights function within Operations, guiding data-driven decision-making for a 1,000+ person organization. You shape performance metrics, narratives, and strategic recommendations that influence leadership decisions. The role blends people leadership with advanced analytics, leveraging AI-enabled tooling to accelerate reporting while focusing on high-value diagnostics. You collaborate across data, operations, finance, and product to drive continuous improvement and scalable insights that align with Adyen's mission to empower businesses at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics and insights team, balancing speed and strategic focus.
• Partner with Operations leadership on performance, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs with concise narratives.
• Deliver leadership-ready analyses that connect operational data to commercial and customer outcomes.
• Define KPI definitions, performance frameworks, and standardize measurement across teams and projects.
• Develop scalable insight capabilities and improve operating models to manage ad hoc and recurring insights.
• Collaborate with data, finance, product, and other functions to improve access to reliable insights and tooling.

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Significant experience leading analytics or decision-support teams in fast-scaling or transformation environments.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into persuasive narratives.

• Strong commercial instincts to identify value-driving metrics and filter out noise.

• Fluency in SQL, data modeling, and modern BI tooling to engage in credible technical dialogue.

• Intellectual rigor to challenge weak assumptions constructively and authoritatively.

• Experience guiding teams through operating-model changes and raising performance standards.
