• Je ontwikkelt de Azure-roadmap en draagt bij aan onze hybrid cloud strategie

• richting geven aan de ontwikkeling van het Azure Kubernetes- en containerplatform en de inzet van cloud native services;
• opstellen, beoordelen en bewaken van Solution Architecture Documents (SAD's);
• ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de Azure-roadmap en bijdragen aan de hybrid cloud strategie;
• adviseren van solution architecten en productteams over architectuurkeuzes, standaarden, best practices en governance, en het definiëren van herbruikbare bouwblokken en patronen;
• deelnemen aan het Infra Architectuur Board en het bijdragen aan architectuurbesluitvorming binnen GVB.

In deze functie krijg je veel invloed op de manier waarop Azure binnen GVB wordt toegepast en doorontwikkeld. Je werkt aan een omgeving waarin de stap wordt gemaakt van traditionele IaaS-oplossingen naar cloud native services en containerplatformen zoals Kubernetes.

Je bent niet degene die dagelijks implementeert of scripts schrijft. Wel ben jij degene die richting geeft aan belangrijke architectuurkeuzes, kaders ontwikkelt en ervoor zorgt dat teams deze in de praktijk kunnen toepassen. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan een stabiele en toekomstbestendige digitale infrastructuur die ondersteunt wat dagelijks nodig is om het openbaar vervoer draaiende te houden.

Je bent een ervaren architect die technische diepgang combineert met stakeholdermanagement. Je begrijpt complexe cloud- en infrastructuurvraagstukken, kunt hierover adviseren op verschillende niveaus en weet partijen mee te nemen in keuzes en besluitvorming.

• hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in Informatica, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting;

Jouw team

Binnen deze omgeving ben jij de architect voor Azure- en infrastructuurvraagstukken. Architectuur wordt hier niet alleen beschreven, maar vooral gebruikt om teams verder te helpen. Daarom werk je veel samen met productteams, securityspecialisten, beheer- en platformteams en externe partners.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst werk je bij een technische handelsorganisatie die actief is in de maritieme, logistieke en medische sector. Met AEP Linac draag je bij aan het welzijn van patiënten, want onze systemen zorgen voor een betere bestraling. Met AEP Hybrid Power elektrificeren we onder andere kadekranen, zodat de logistieke sector duurzamer wordt.

Jij beheert het volledige verkoopproces van A tot Z. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, klanten en collega's van de salesafdeling en ondersteunt de operationeel manager. Je houdt overzicht en stelt makkelijk prioriteiten. Verder pak je deze taken op:

• Je verwerkt verkoop- en inkooporders en onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers.
• Je bewaakt openstaande in- en verkooporders en voert debiteurenbeheer uit, samen met de Operations Manager en Finance.
• Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
• Je beheert voorraden en signaleert tijdig nieuwe inkoopbehoeften.
• Je verwerkt e-mails, stelt pakbonnen op, houdt het ERP-systeem up-to-date en handelt garanties af.

Een kijkje in jouw dag

Je begint om 08:30 uur met een kop koffie en een praatje met collega's. Daarna check je de mailbox op urgente zaken en zorg je dat producten op tijd bij de juiste klant terechtkomen. Rond 10:30 uur pauzeer je kort in de kantine, waarna je klanten en leveranciers belt. Tijdens de lunch om 12:30 uur eet je samen met collega's. In de middag beantwoord je vragen, stel je documentatie op en deel je track-and-trace informatie. Om 15:30 uur overleg je met je leidinggevende over een klantvraag en controleer je de magazijnvoorraad.

Met AEP Hybrid power leveren we oplossingen voor de elektrificatie van o.a. kadekranen zodat de logistieke sector ook duurzamer is. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele verkoop proces van A tot Z. Jij hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers, klanten en je collega’s van de sales afdeling daarnaast ondersteun je onze operationeel manager. Je behoud overzicht en kan prioriteiten stellen. Verder kan je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden verwachten:

• Verwerken van verkoop- en inkooporders en onderhouden van nauw contact met leveranciers.

• Bewaken van openstaande in- en verkooporders, inclusief debiteurenbeheer in samenwerking met de Operations Manager en de afdeling Finance.

• Verwerken van vragen en opmerkingen van onze klanten leveranciers en collega’s.

• Beheren van voorraden en tijdig anticiperen op nieuwe inkoopbehoeften.

• Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor administratieve taken zoals emailverwerking, opstellen van pakbonnen, ERP systeem up-to-date houden, afhandeling van garanties.

Hoe ziet je dag er uit?

Om 08:30 uur kom je aan op kantoor. Na een kop koffie en een kort praatje met collega’s, start je je computer op. Je kijkt of de juiste producten in de juiste hoeveelheden naar de juiste klanten worden verzonden en controleert de mailbox voor eventuele urgente zaken die direct jouw aandacht nodig hebben.

Om 10:30 uur is het tijd voor een pauze in de kantine, waar je samen met collega’s de verjaardag van een collega viert met taart en koffie. Daarna scan je snel je mailbox en stel je prioriteiten voor de rest van de ochtend. Je belt klanten en leveranciers en werkt enkele dringende zaken af.

Tijdens de verzorgde lunch om 12:30 uur eet je samen met collega’s en maak je na afloop een korte wandeling. In de middag beantwoord je vragen uit de mailbox, stel je documentatie op en zorg je voor tevreden klanten door o.a. track-and-trace informatie te delen.

Om 15:30 uur overleg je met Henk, je leidinggevende, over een klantvraag en bepaal je een aanpak. Daarna controleer je de magazijnvoorraad en bestel je onderdelen die bijna op zijn. Voor je het weet, is het alweer 17:00 uur.

We are looking for an experienced Country HR Lead to be the go-to HR advisor for managers and employees across our Dutch organization. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership: you will manage complex employee relations matters, safeguard our HR license to operate, lead Works Council engagement and play a key role in the next phase of our HR transformation.

One year ago, we launched our HR Self-Service & Shared Services model. You will actively drive the next phase of this transformation: moving transactional work to self-service and shared services, so that this role increasingly focuses on strategic business partnership and the most complex people matters. If you enjoy both hands-on HR work and shaping how HR is delivered, this role offers the best of both worlds.

Trusted HR advisor & employee relations

• Act as the primary HR partner for managers and employees on complex people matters.
• Independently manage employee relations cases from consultation to resolution - supporting managers and employees with care, fairness and sound judgment, including on performance and, where needed, disciplinary and exit processes.
• Guide managers and employees through more complex sickness absence cases (ziekteverzuim), ensuring full compliance with the Wet verbetering poortwachter.

HR governance, compliance & risk management

• Ensure our HR license to operate is maintained at all times, applying knowledge of policies and operating principles to mitigate risks.
• Manage escalations and partner with HR Shared Services to resolve high-risk issues, and implement strategies to prevent them.
• Support a positive, safe and respectful employee environment by addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law, HR documentation, GDPR and audit readiness.

Works Council & employee representation

• Lead Works Council (OR) consultations, advice and approval requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Advise business leaders on OR obligations and best practices.

HR transformation & service delivery

• Actively drive the next phase of our HR transformation: shifting transactional work towards self-service and our Shared Services organization.
• Work hands-on with our ServiceNow ticketing system and champion its adoption across the business.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

HR programs & business support

• Deliver key HR initiatives locally: performance management, compensation cycles, engagement and DEIB programs.
• Use HR data and insights to identify risks, improve decisions, and enhance employee experience.

Practical details

• Full-time, hybrid role , with at least 3 days per week in the office and a balanced presence across our locations in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, Hillegom Boxmeer , plus occasional visits to customer sites .

• Individual contributor role , reporting to the HR Cluster Lead Belgium & Netherlands (based in Belgium).

• Solid HR generalist experience in a complex, international matrix organization .

• Hands-on experience working with an HR Shared Services model and ServiceNow (or comparable ticketing system).

• Proven experience with Works Council (OR) processes in the Netherlands.

• Experience managing sickness absence cases (ziekteverzuim / Wet verbetering poortwachter).

• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR compliance.

• Experience supporting HR transformation or transitions to self-service / shared services.

• Experience using HR data and analytics to drive improvements.

• Strong employee relations and case management expertise, with sound judgment and the confidence to act independently.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English , written and spoken.
