Overview

In this role you drive and support large-scale business transformations for private-sector clients, delivering sustainable change across organizations. You work within Orphoz at McKinsey Amsterdam, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. You'll lead workstreams, run workshops, and coach clients to turn strategy into practical results. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage transformation programs and deliverable-oriented workstreams with limited supervision
• Support implementation of change programs to ensure consistent delivery
• Lead client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives
• Coach and guide client teams across organizations
• Progressively take ownership of project parts and lead junior consultants
• Collaborate with clients' senior management and specialist departments to drive adoption
• Based in Amsterdam, closely partnering with clients and McKinsey colleagues

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3+ years of project delivery experience in a PMO context, preferably in consulting

• Experience with implementation/transformation/change management projects

• Initial management level experience and ability to conduct workshops and coaching sessions

• Willingness to work in a flexible, agile consulting environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)

• Desirable: experience with Agile, Scrum, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma and Jira
