Bouw mee aan de meest complexe machines ter wereld. Als System Build Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige assemblage, integratie en de eerste opstartfase van geavanceerde lithografiesystemen in een hightech werkomgeving.

ASML, een succesvolle Nederlandse hightech onderneming, produceert complexe lithografiemachines die chipproducenten inzetten voor de productie van IC's. • Salaris: Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.500,- gebaseerd op kennis en ervaring.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij brengt hightech systemen tot leven en bent betrokken bij de volledige integratie tot een werkende machine.

• Systeemassemblage: Bouw, installeer en lijn complexe modules uit tot een compleet werkend systeem.
• Commissioning: Bereid de machine voor op de testfase, inclusief power-up en functionele initialisatie.
• Kwalificatie: Test en verifieer systemen om te garanderen dat ze voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
• Probleemoplossing: Signaleer, documenteer en los technische uitdagingen op in samenwerking met Production Engineering.
• Procesoptimalisatie: Draag actief bij aan het verbeteren van assemblageprocessen om de doorlooptijd te verkorten.

Over de functie

As a technician, you play an important role in the production process. You ensure that components are correctly assembled and that machines continue to function properly. You work closely with colleagues and have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills through practical experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Assemble and install production components according to work instructions
• Check product quality and identify any deviations
• Carry out minor repairs and technical adjustments to machines
• Work together with the production and technical teams
• Accurately record completed work and inspections

Working hours – 2-shift system:

• 06:00 – 14:30
• 14:30 – 23:00
