Als Service Operator ben jij de motor van de productielijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines nooit stilstaan door ze op tijd te bevoorraden met flessen en doppen. Je start je dienst in de ochtend (07:00), middag (15:00) of nacht (23:00) en zorgt samen met je collega's dat de kwaliteit van elk product perfect is. Ook los je kleine storingen zelfstandig op, zodat de productie soepel blijft draaien.

What will you do
If you start at K+N, you will also receive a badge, so that you have access, but your hours are also registered. You walk to the beautiful canteen of K + N, here are also coffee machines where you can grab a nice cup of coffee. They also have a microwaves and fridge so you can heat up your own meals.
You have your safety shoes on and of course you have your vest on, this is mandatory for our safety. At the start of the shift, all departments start with a day start on the floor to go through the day together and look back.

The atmosphere is remarkably positive! The supervisors are primarily responsible and there are also team leaders / foremen, they will ask how your day is going and if you need help. Collegiality is striking in this department, the mutual contact is positive. They often sit outside when the weather is nice and you have a smoking area outside.
Training process:
You will be trained by colleagues or supervisors / foremen, it is important to continue to follow the instructions regarding safety. A buddy is assigned who will show you around and who you can fall back on if you don't know what to do. At K + N, everything that has not been sold is processed in the supermarket. We work with the principle of recycling as much as possible.
Activities:
Trucks deliver large bags with empty bottles and cans, with a deposit on them. (These are the bottles that customers return in shops, clubs, canteens, etc.) These bags must be removed from the trucks, most colleagues drag them across the floor.
In general, one (if suitable) is trained as a counting operator: He/she is responsible for the machine where the bottles and cans are counted and split. Split on; Color and cans.
Count operator:
The counting operator takes a bag, cuts off the label (this contains the sender's details and quantities) and empties the bag into the machine. The machine scans the bottles/cans and throws those that cannot be scanned into a container, which you have to scan manually.
