About the Job

As a Recycling Production Worker, you will help process and dispose of used artificial grass surfaces. You will operate machinery and carry out a variety of tasks around the site. You will work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning how to operate the beater machine;
• Keeping the site clean and tidy and shovelling sand;
• Carrying out logistical tasks using a forklift and telehandler;
• Assisting with maintenance work.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the recycling process runs smoothly. This is an active and varied job where you will be on your feet and involved in different tasks throughout the day.

What We Offer

• A gross hourly wage of up to € 17,71;
• Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometre, for a maximum one-way distance of 30 km;
• 31 days of annual leave based on a full-time working week;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Additional pay rates for overtime, where applicable;
• Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
• A position in a small team with opportunities for personal and professional development.

Who you are

For the role of production worker, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are willing to work in Waalwijk
• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You are available to work Monday through Friday

• You have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation

What will you do

Whether working in Manufacturing or the Recycling department, you keep automated production running smoothly:

• Machine operation: Set up processing equipment and monitor the automated lines.
• Material supply: Feed raw materials and components safely into the machines.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and solve minor technical errors independently.
• Quality control: Inspect finished carpet tiles to make sure they meet high standards.
• Safety & order: Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and safe workspace with your team.

what will you do

As a production worker at IndoNova, you will have a lot of variety in your work. From sorting plastic bottles to transporting raw materials with the forklift. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.

You do this by taking the correct measurements, monitoring the process, and identifying bottlenecks in time. You will be involved in the supply of bottles and sorting them. You will make sure everything is clean and safe both inside and outside. You will work on all steps of the production process.

• Working hours : 2 days from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., from 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. After that, you will be 4 days off. This means that you need to be able to work in the weekends.
