Je hebt ervaring in proces/recruitment coördinatie, HR of een vergelijkbare rol. Plannen en organiseren gaan je makkelijk af, je schakelt soepel met verschillende stakeholders en je krijgt energie van een omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Ook kijk je graag hoe dingen slimmer kunnen. Je bent vlot, enthousiast en gemotiveerd. Jij ziet kansen om processen makkelijker, sneller en beter te maken, bijvoorbeeld door middel van AI of automatisering. Daarnaast spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

• MBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Ervaring en/of opleiding in HR/Recruitment is een pré;
• Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal én een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;

wat ga je doen
Als Process Coördinator versterk je het team Process Coordination binnen het People Experience Centre. Je bent breed inzetbaar op verschillende HR-processen en zorgt samen met 5 collega's voor een soepele coördinatie van onder andere de onboarding, medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoeken en recruitment. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is het coördineren en plannen van recruitmentgesprekken, maar daarnaast ondersteun je diverse HR-processen en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntie. In dit team werken ze gezamenlijk aan één doel: het werven van de beste nieuwe medewerkers binnen Bol. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke potentiële, nieuwe collega met een glimlach te woord wordt gestaan.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

• Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor bol-collega’s, externe klanten en partners voor één of meerdere HR-processen, variërend van recruitment en onboarding tot trainingen en andere processen.
• Je brengt structuur aan in complexe processen, stelt slimme planningen op en bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden en afspraken.
• Je ondersteunt recruitment activiteiten, waaronder interviewplanning, stakeholderafstemming en het bieden van een uitstekende candidate experience.
• Je ondersteunt onboarding activiteiten en host waar nodig onboarding sessies, ook in het Engels.
• Je signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete procesverbeteringen, automatiseringen of slimme werkwijzen.
• Je bouwt sterke relaties op met stakeholders en communiceert helder, toegankelijk en proactief.

wat ga je doen
Ik ben op zoek naar een enthousiaste logistiek coördinator die het team komt versterken tijdens een cruciale fase. Namelijk de invoering van SAP. Jouw dag is divers en uitdagend. Je bent de schakel tussen planning en uitvoering. Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

• Het ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van orders voor pick&pack in de externe warehouses van Cargill Cacao;
• Je valideert 'VAL process orders' en checkt of de transacties correct zijn afgemaakt in SAP;
• Je houdt je bezig met de planning van zowel inkomende- als uitgaande producten. Je controleert de uitvoering in nauwe afstemming met het warehouse;
• Je controleert of alle transacties in SAP de juiste status hebben. Zie je een openstaande transactie? Dan los je deze zelf op of escaleer je dit naar een senior collega;
• Je helpt actief bij het voorkomen en oplossen van voorraadverschillen;
