Wat ga je doen

Als Warehouse Coördinator ben je de spil in het magazijn. Je coördineert de inkomende en uitgaande goederen, zorgt voor nauwkeurige administratie met scansystemen, en regelt het transport. what will you do

As a warehouse employee, you'll be working in the modern warehouse of Healthlink Europe B.V. in Waalwijk. From this facility, various medical products are shipped out daily. It’s important to deal with these products with care and precision. The work is not physically demanding and the warehouse is clean and well-organized. Our warehouse consists of several departments where you may be assigned to work.

  • Processing incoming goods;
  • Sorting goods for the correct transport flows;
  • Loading orders to ensure excellent service;
  • Working as part of a smoothly operating team;
  • Keeping the workspace clean and tidy.
where will you work

You will be working as a warehouse employee handling medical devices. The warehouse has been in operation for five years and consists of five halls with different processes. Medical products are prepared here for shipment to hospitals and patients around the world. This company serves around 150 different clients, and as a logistics employee, you will play an important role in that process.

The team consists of around 90 colleagues, creating an informal atmosphere. Healthlink Europe B.V. is known for its short lines of communication. You’ll have direct contact with warehouse coordinators and your supervisor. Because you’ll be working in a small team, there’s more room for personal attention. No experience yet? No problem. Jouw rol is cruciaal: jij bent de administratieve coördinator die ervoor zorgt dat de samples van onze opdrachtgever – het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf – efficiënt en tijdig bij klanten overal ter wereld terechtkomen. Een sample die te laat is, is net zoiets als een barista zonder koffie: ondenkbaar!

Je zal starten via ons waarbij het bedrijf de intentie heeft jou over te nemen. Je salaris is €2.700 - €2.900 op basis van fulltime. Je werkt minimaal 32 uur per week. Waarbij de vrijdag een eis is.

Wie ben jij

We zoeken voor deze functie van Administatief medewerker een administratieve topper met een positieve werkhouding die gelooft in het gezegde: een goede planning is het halve werk. Je bent een kameleon in communicatie en een pro in samenwerken.

  • Sterke planning skills en een gave voor time management. Je kunt als geen ander prioriteiten stellen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een must; als je met SAP kunt goochelen, heb je een streepje voor. Outlook ken je van binnen en van buiten.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (gesproken én geschreven) is essentieel, want je hebt contact met collega's all over the world.
  • Je werkt secuur, bent flexibel en zelfstandig, en hebt – heel belangrijk – een positieve en zelfverzekerde werkhouding.
Wat ga je doen

Als Administratief medewerker bij onze opdrachtgever ben je verantwoordelijk voor de totale administratieve regie van de stalenafdeling. Dit betekent in de praktijk dat je de planning en coördinatie van al het samplemateriaal op je neemt. Moet de voorraad aangevuld of besteld worden? Jij pakt het op.

Jouw telefoon staat roodgloeiend (figuurlijk dan) omdat je in veel gevallen het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor de collega's die stalen afnemen. Vragen over voorraad, levering of prijzen handel je met de flair af.

Om de dagelijkse stalenafwerking vlekkeloos te laten verlopen werk je nauw samen met diverse afdelingen. Je schakelt met het Warehouse, bent de steun en toeverlaat van de Sample Specialiste en je hebt korte lijntjes met Marketing (product managers), Sales, Inkoop, Customer Service, Material Master Data en het Shipment Planning Center.

Je bent de onmisbare schakel die zorgt dat ze altijd de juiste stalen, op het juiste moment, op de juiste plek hebben.
