I'm looking for a sharp, organized and resilient team member to join Yamaha at Schiphol as a planning administrative assistant. If you thrive on precision and ready to be the backbone of the team, please read on.

Besides logistic administrative experience you must possess strong office skills, especially advanced in Excel. You will be the vital link connecting the factories, internal departments and European distributors. Furthermore:

• Organized, resilient and proactive;
• Logistic administrative experience;
• You must be fully comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks;
• You need to have a high tolerance for frustration, because the systems are not really user-friendly and somewhat old-fashioned;

This role demands robust administrative experience in logistics. You will command the details of the product flow, ensuring every step from order to delivery. Furthermore:

• Take charge of the purchase order cycle, collecting, analyzing and reporting on monthly product demands to ensure transparency and accountability;
• You will act as the daily coordinator for supply flow, monitoring orders to warehouses and distributors;
• You will maintain absolute accuracy in the item and product databases;
• Control and follow up on factory invoices, securing optimal invoice administration;
• Daily monitoring warehouse inventories, providing timely reports and proactively suggesting countermeasures to optimize stock levels;
