As a Packaging Room Associate, you are responsible for the highly accurate labeling and packaging of medications for clinical research. You start your workday at 08:45 AM by entering the sterile cleanroom and preparing the workspace according to strict hygiene protocols. Throughout the day, you perform focused, repetitive production tasks, continuously applying labels and packaging pharmaceuticals in cold storage areas (between 2 and 8 degrees) and temperature-controlled rooms (between 15 and 25 degrees). At 17:45 PM, you conclude the workday with a clean, inspected workspace and ensure that all processed batches are recorded without errors.

Responsibilities

• Applying labels manually and with high precision to pharmaceutical packaging
• Carrying out repetitive packaging and assembly work for clinical trial medications
• Working inside a sterile cleanroom environment in accordance with strict quality procedures
• Performing duties in cold storage facilities (2 to 8 degrees) and climate-controlled areas (15 to 25 degrees)
• Conducting continuous visual quality inspections on every labeled item
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining packaging rooms and machinery
• Strictly adhering to work instructions, GMP regulations, and operational protocols
• Supporting related warehouse and logistics activities within the packaging department

Requirements

• Good command of either the Dutch or English language, both spoken and written
• Thorough attention to detail and an exceptionally accurate work ethic
• High motivation for repetitive production tasks and executing consistent daily routines
• Willingness and ability to work in cold storage environments (2 to 8 degrees) and cleanroom conditions
• Good physical condition to perform active production duties both standing and seated
• Previous experience with GMP/GDP regulations or working in a cleanroom is an advantage

Packaging Room Associate Cleanroom
Als Packaging Room Associate ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uiterst secuur etiketteren en verpakken van medicijnen voor klinisch onderzoek. Je begint je werkdag om 08:45 uur met het betreden van de steriele cleanroom en het klaarmaken van de werkplek volgens strikte hygiëneprotocollen. Gedurende de dag voer je geconcentreerd repetitieve productiewerkzaamheden uit, waarbij je continu etiketten plakt en geneesmiddelen verpakt in gekoelde ruimtes (tussen 2 en 8 graden) en geconditioneerde ruimtes (tussen 15 en 25 graden). Om 17:45 uur sluit je de dag af met een gecontroleerde en schone werkruimte en zorg je dat alle verwerkte charges foutloos zijn geregistreerd.

Werkzaamheden

• Zeer nauwkeurig en handmatig plakken van etiketten op medicijnverpakkingen
• Uitvoeren van repeterend inpak- en assemblagewerk van klinische geneesmiddelen
• Werken in een steriele cleanroom volgens strikte procedures en kwaliteitseisen
• Verrichten van werkzaamheden in gekoelde opslagruimtes (2 tot 8 graden) en ruimtes tussen 15 en 25 graden
• Uitvoeren van continue visuele kwaliteitscontroles op elk gelabeld product
• Schoonmaken, desinfecteren en op orde houden van de verpakkingsruimten en apparatuur
• Strikt opvolgen van werkinstructies, GMP-richtlijnen en protocollen
• Ondersteunen bij aanverwante logistieke werkzaamheden in de verpakkingsafdeling

Wij zoeken

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal in woord en schrift
• Uiterst nauwkeurige werkhouding met focus op detail
• Sterke motivatie voor repeterend productiewerk en het de hele dag uitvoeren van dezelfde taken
• Bereidheid en vermogen om afwisselend te werken in koude ruimtes (2 tot 8 graden) en in een cleanroom
• Goede fysieke conditie voor het uitvoeren van staand en zittend productiewerk
• Ervaring met GMP/GDP-richtlijnen of een cleanroomomgeving is een pre
