Wat je gaat doen As an aspiring operator scent at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play a key role in creating high-quality fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

Your daily tasks combine precise weighing, process monitoring, and quality control: - Working strictly according to recipes, you use a mobile weighing station to accurately weigh ingredients—sometimes up to 30 different components per batch.

• After weighing, you expertly blend the ingredients to properly prepare the fragrance materials for the next steps in the production process.
• You closely watch the machines and installations, intervening when necessary to ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently at all times.
• You continuously inspect products and processes according to strict quality standards.

Working hours 5 shift schedule - Early shift: 07:00 – 15:00

• Late shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Je dagelijkse taken combineren nauwkeurig wegen, procesbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole: - Volgens strenge recepturen weeg je met behulp van een mobiel weegstation ingrediënten nauwkeurig af—soms tot wel 30 verschillende componenten per batch.
