Wat je gaat doen Als aankomend operator scent bij International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg speel je een sleutelrol bij het creëren van hoogwaardige geurcomponenten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt in producten zoals wasmiddelen, cosmetica en parfums.

• Je dagelijkse taken combineren nauwkeurig wegen, procesbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole:
• Volgens strenge recepturen weeg je met behulp van een mobiel weegstation ingrediënten nauwkeurig af-soms tot wel 30 verschillende componenten per batch.
• Na het wegen meng je de ingrediënten deskundig om de geurmaterialen goed voor te bereiden op de volgende stappen in het productieproces.
• Je houdt de machines en installaties nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt waar nodig in om het productieproces te allen tijde soepel, veilig en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
• Je controleert producten en processen continu volgens strenge kwaliteitsnormen.
• Je zorgt voor een veilige, georganiseerde en schone werkplek en leeft alle veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften strikt na.

Werktijden 5-ploegendienst

• Vroege dienst: 07:00 - 15:00
• Late dienst: 15:00 - 23:00
• Nachtdienst: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Een uurloon van €21,10, aangevuld met een riante ploegentoeslag van 30% die wordt betaald over alle gewerkte uren (waardoor je uitkomt op €3,900+ bruto per maand).
• 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, 13 ADV-dagen en een 13e maand (ondergebracht in een flexbudget).
• Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,21 per kilometer.
• Een reële mogelijkheid om in de toekomst rechtstreeks bij IFF in dienst te treden.
• Werken op de grootste productielocatie van IFF in een schone en internationale omgeving op het industrieterrein Kraaiven in Tilburg.

• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en/of Engels (minimaal B2-niveau).
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als productiemedewerker of operator.
• Oog voor detail en fysiek in staat om tot 25 kg te tillen.
• Volledige beschikbaarheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.
• Comfortabel met het werken met geuren en chemische stoffen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator in a 5 shift schedule, you’ll work with high-quality fragrance ingredients used in perfumes, cosmetics, and detergents. You’ll learn the production process, work with specialized equipment, and help ensure every batch meets strict quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Weighing ingredients accurately where you measure up to 30 different components (powders or liquids) per batch using a mobile weighing station.
• Prepare ingredients according to precise recipes and production instructions.
• Monitor machines and installations, identify irregularities, and intervene when needed.
• Check products for quality and consistency while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• €21.11 gross per hour, plus a 30% shift allowance over all hours worked, resulting in €3,900+ gross per month.

As an operator in our 3-shift system, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation of raw materials and the smooth operation of the production processes. You'll follow recipes and production instructions to create high-quality products that meet high standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Your responsibilities include:

• weigh and collect raw materials (up to 30 per batch) with precision and care
• follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency
• mix and prepare products according to established guidelines
• monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a three-shift rotation.

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
• Holiday allowance 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36.
• Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position.
• Fulltime, 40 hours per week.
• Vacation days: 25 days per year, Holiday allowance: 8%.
• Year-end bonus of 8.77%.
