Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator in a 5 shift schedule, you’ll work with high-quality fragrance ingredients used in perfumes, cosmetics, and detergents. You’ll learn the production process, work with specialized equipment, and help ensure every batch meets strict quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Weighing ingredients accurately where you measure up to 30 different components (powders or liquids) per batch using a mobile weighing station.
• Prepare ingredients according to precise recipes and production instructions.
• Monitor machines and installations, identify irregularities, and intervene when needed.
• Check products for quality and consistency while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Wat we je bieden

• €21.11 gross per hour, plus a 30% shift allowance over all hours worked, resulting in €3,900+ gross per month.
• 25 vacation days, plus 13 ADV days.
• 8% holiday allowance and a 13th-month payment managed through a flexible budget.
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre.

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B2 level).
• 2+ years of experience as a production worker or operator.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
• Full availability for a 5-shift schedule.
• Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances.
