Als Operator Nabewerking in Venlo werk je met hoogwaardige aluminium precisieproducten. Bij het trommelproces gaan de producten in een trommelinstallatie met kleine slijp- of polijstmedia. Door de beweging in de machine worden de onderdelen gelijkmatig nabewerkt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat dit proces goed verloopt, houdt de kwaliteit in de gaten en controleert het resultaat.

Your tasks include:

• Operating machines during the production process.

• Preparing print jobs and materials.

what will you do
As an operator finishing, you will start your workday in a high-tech production environment. You are responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining various cutting and packaging machines. Because you work in the CLP Finishing department, your tasks will partly take place in a specialized darkroom. You independently identify and resolve malfunctions and production issues using the ATS and/or FLTS methods. Furthermore, you proactively perform quality checks, report on machine performance, and initiate process improvements.

For this position, it is essential that a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) and reference check are completed during the application process.

• Operating and maintaining cutting and packaging machines

wat ga je doen
Als operator finishing start je je werkdag in een hightech productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, bewaken, schoonmaken en onderhouden van diverse snij- en verpakkingsmachines. Omdat je werkt op de afdeling CLP Finishing, vinden de werkzaamheden deels plaats in een speciale darkroom. Zelfstandig signaleer en verhelp je storingen en productieproblemen via de ATS- en/of FLTS-methode. Daarnaast voer je proactief kwaliteitscontroles uit, rapporteer je over machineprestaties en denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
