Key Responsibilities

• Planning trucks and optimizing all transport movements around the warehouse.
• Identifying and resolving system exceptions in the logistics planning.
• Creating and monitoring staff planning based on operational needs and available capacity.
• Processing, verifying, and managing logistical documentation in internal systems.
• Communicating effectively with internal departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics.
• Maintaining accurate shipment and client data in the CRM system.
• Spotting administrative and operational bottlenecks and solving them proactively.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in logistics planning.
• A flexible mindset regarding working hours in a two-shift system (rotating between 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00, and 15:50-00:50/01:50/02:50).
• Solid experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), CRM software, and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation and two weekend days per month.

Over de functie

Als Logistics Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de logistieke administratieve taken. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct en tijdig worden verzonden naar klanten en naar andere vestigingen wereldwijd, rekening houdend met wettelijke voorschriften ten aanzien van export, douane en regelgeving met betrekking tot vervoer van gevaarlijke goederen over de weg, water en door de lucht.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

• Zorgen voor de administratieve afhandeling en verzending van uitgaande goederen, consignment stocks, portal accounts.
• Zorgen voor verzending: aansturen team Warehouse voor picking & palletizing, rekening houdend met klant specifieke shippingseisen.
• Organiseren vervoer door derden.
• Zorgen voor retourzendingen naar aanleiding van claims
• Zorgen voor versturen van samples
• Aanleveren van facturen en zendingsinformatie (o.a. AWB, BL, etc.) bij de klant.
• Up-to-date houden export en shipping masterdata in geautomatiseerd system

Dit steeds met inachtneming van wet- en regelgeving omtrent vervoer van gevaarlijke goederen en (inter)nationale import- en export regels (o.a. oorsprongscertificaten, filing documentatie etc.) en douaneregels van diverse landen. Daartoe tevens het up-to-date houden van informatie omtrent deze regelgeving

Wat wij vragen

• MBO(+) werk- en denk niveau, met enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Je bent klant- en service gericht en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels op een professioneel niveau.
• Je hebt ervaring met vervoer van gevaarlijke stoffen.
• Kennis van ERP-systeem D365 is een pre.
