Jij en je team werken dagelijks aan de ontvangst, opslag en verwerking van melk, wei en room. Jij voert operationele taken uit, neemt monsters voor kwaliteitscontroles en lost storingen op om de productiecontinuïteit te waarborgen. Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen en bewaken van het kaasmaakproces en de bedieningskamer.
• Sturen van procesparameters met behulp van procesbesturingssystemen en SCADA om productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Nemen van monsters en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om voedselveiligheid te garanderen.
• Verwerken en doorleveren van melk, kaaswei en room en overnemen van coördinatietaken.
• Uitvoeren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, signaleren van afwijkingen en oplossen van storingen om productiecontinuïteit te behouden.
• Werken op meerdere kaasproductielijnen in een batch-georiënteerde productie met semi-continue verwerking van wei en room.
• Samenwerken met 2 tot 3 operators per dienst en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor volledige lijnen of gedeelten daarvan.
• Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud zoals smeren, schoonmaken en afstellen en escaleren van grotere storingen naar de technische dienst of ploegleider.
• Instellen van recepten en parameters in PLC/SCADA systemen en uitvoeren van eerste foutanalyse bij besturingsproblemen.
• Actieve bijdrage aan verbeterprojecten gericht op output, kwaliteit, downtime en afvalreductie.

Functie-eisen

• MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardige opleiding in een technische of voedingsgerelateerde richting.
• Aantoonbare affiniteit met ICT en techniek en ervaring met geautomatiseerde productieomgevingen.
• In het bezit van VAPRO-B/C of een MBO 3/4 Levensmiddelen-opleiding is een pré.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pré en je kunt efficiënt werken met productieadministratie.
• Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn.
• Kennis van hygiënerichtlijnen en veiligheidsprocedures in de food-sector.
• Probleemoplossend vermogen en communicatieve vaardigheden om met het team en leidinggevenden samen te werken.
