Wat ga je doen?

Als Cutter Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de worstmakerij. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen op de juiste manier worden verwerkt en gemengd, zodat het deeg voldoet aan de juiste receptuur, kwaliteit en productnormen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Bedienen van de cuttermachine;
• Laden van grondstoffen in de cuttermachine en deze laten versnijden;
• Bereiden van verschillende recepturen;
• Mengen van gemalen grondstoffen met kruiden;
• Controleren van het deeg op onder andere vloeibaarheid, textuur en afwijkingen;
• Afvullen van normwagens met het bereide deeg en deze voorzien van folie;
• Distribueren van gevulde normwagens naar de vacuümvulmachines (Handtmann of Vemag);
• Uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles;
• Invullen van registratieformulieren;
• Werken volgens de geldende procesvoorschriften;
• Naleven van alle richtlijnen rondom veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid ;

Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste grondstoffen volgens de receptuur worden verwerkt en op de juiste manier met elkaar worden gemengd. Hierbij houd je nauwlettend de kwaliteit van het deeg in de gaten.

Een goede samenwerking met collega's, zoals de receptuurweger en de vacuümvuller operator, is belangrijk om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Ook controleer je zorgvuldig of er tijdens het openen van verpakkingen geen ongewenste materialen, zoals plastic, in het product terechtkomen.

Voor deze functie is geen specifieke opleiding of werkervaring vereist. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je:

• Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werkt;
• Hygiënisch en volgens de geldende voorschriften kunt werken;
• Kwaliteit belangrijk vindt;
• Goed kunt samenwerken met collega's;
• Bereid bent om de werkzaamheden en procedures te leren;
• Fysiek in staat bent om binnen een productieomgeving te werken.

Over de vacature

You will load or unload with an overhead crane. We offer a permanent position with a salary of €17,44 gross per hour + 12.5% shift allowance in 2-shifts.

Over het bedrijf

Our client is a technical wholesaler based in Veghel. They supply raw construction materials such as pipes, tubes, sheets and profiles of steel, aluminium and RVS.

Over de functie

You will start with an onboarding program in the day shift where you will get to know the products and organization, receive internal training to work with an overhead crane and learn to work with the SAP system.

After the onboarding:

• You will pick, load and unload using an overhead crane;
• You will ensure that all products are delivered to the customer safely and on time;
• You will process the administration in SAP.

Working hours Dayshift Working hours day shift: Monday to Friday 7:00-15:45 am

2 Shifts
Monday to Friday 6:00-14:45 am
Monday to Friday 13:30-22:15 pm

Who you are
As a production worker at Hilton Foods, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You speak Dutch or English
• Working in a cold environment (6 degrees Celsius) is fine with you
• You are at least 21 years old (due to working hours)
• You are fulltime or parttime available (24-40 hours)
• You are available in 2 shifts. 6:00 - 15:00 and between 15:00 - 23:00
• You live maximum 25 km away from Hilton Foods in Zaandam
• You can remove piercings, fake nails, and jewelry when you go to work (taping them is not sufficient)

You will work at Hilton Foods, where as a production worker, you'll ensure the tastiest meat products are produced for Albert Heijn. As a production worker, you will be in the production line, moving the meat. You will also put the meat into its packaging. In short: you are very important in the production process! ✨
