As our ideal Systems and Business Analyst, you bring a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You have a proven track record in R&D IT systems and data integration, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in R&D IT systems, data integration, or ERP implementation.
  • Solid understanding of R&D processes and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM).
  • Proficiency in data mapping, modelling, and documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

This isn't just another reporting role. You are a crucial link between finance, technology, and data. You will play a key role in the rollout of the Nike Data Foundation strategy, guarantee the quality of Nike's data, support SEC compliance, and be the engine behind the reporting operations for Nike's Customer Finance organization.

To excel in this role, you have a strong background in finance or data analysis and are a natural problem-solver. We are looking for someone with:

Your core mission is to transform complex data into crystal-clear, actionable insights. You are responsible for the entire data lifecycle: from validating and cleansing data to integrating it into ready-for-analysis datasets. Your responsibilities include:

  • Reporting & Analysis: You will deliver critical financial reports and maintain complex Excel files. Simultaneously, you will analyze complex business problems and present the insights that make the difference.
  • Tools & Systems: You don't just stop at 'maintenance'. You will actively expand and upgrade Nike's reporting and analytics tools (like Tableau and Power BI) to meet evolving business needs.
