Wat ga je doen?

You make sure a mountain of mini donuts rolls off the line every shift. From mixing the batter to baking: you keep the process running.

• Setting up, monitoring and adjusting the machines
• Keeping an eye on the quality of the donuts
• Making sure ingredients and materials are ready on time
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and tidy
• Working together with your team and the shift manager

You work full-time in a 3-shift rotation (early, late and night shift).

You will work for an international bakery producer in Born. Since 1976, the company has been making traditional sweet bakery products, with a strong focus on taste and quality. The factory in Born is all about mini donuts. Their ambition: to become the leading donut producer in Europe. You will be part of a small, close-knit team.

Wie ben je?

• You have completed an MBO-level (vocational) education; technical or food is a plus
• You have an interest in production, food or technology, or you are eager to learn
• Experience as an operator or in a lead role in production is a plus
• You speak English or Dutch well
• You are flexible and happy to work in 3 shifts

Wat mag je verwachten?

• € 15,50 gross per hour
• 34% allowance for all hours between 18:00 and 06:00
• Full-time: 40 hours per week in 3 shifts
• Start: as soon as possible
• Travel allowance of € 0,23 per km (from 10 km, up to 50 km one way)
• 8% holiday pay, plus holiday days and pension build-up
• Temporary contract through Olympia, with the prospect of a permanent job
• Guidance from the shift manager and attention to your development
