In this role, you apply advanced analytics to improve client outcomes in energy and materials. You work in a small, cross-functional team to turn data into actionable insights for plant performance, collaborating with engineers and analytics specialists. You help shape products and algorithms, contributing to OptimusAI and the broader McKinsey manufacturing AI initiative. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to drive client performance (energy efficiency, product quality, capacity)
• Present insights to executive-level audiences
• Partner with product engineers to develop new products and algorithms
• Codify best practices and contribute to the product roadmap
• Support the OptimusAI platform and its real-time AI advisory capabilities
• Travel to client sites locally and globally as needed

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of hands-on advanced analytics experience, preferably in heavy industry

• Advanced Python programming skills

• Experience implementing and maintaining MLOps pipelines for model deployment

• Strong DevOps/backend engineering skills (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible)

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills

• Data-driven decision making

• Ability to produce high-quality written outputs and presentations

• Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously

• Strong English communication skills with audience tailoring
