Geniet jij als Barista net zo van de koffiegeur als jouw gasten? Een goede koffie is voor velen een goede start van de dag. Niet alleen de koffie maakt jouw gasten blij, maar ook met jouw sociale skills zorg je voor een glimlach bij jouw gasten. Als Barista kun je zowel zelfstandig jouw koffiebar runnen, maar ook in teamverband werken. Geef jouw beschikbaarheid bij ons op en wij plannen je in op de beschikbare diensten. Deze zijn o.a. in Den Haag en Rotterdam.

Wie ben jij
Als Barista ben je bekend met de HACCP regels. Je bent gastvrij, sociaal en ondernemend. Jij vindt kwaliteit belangrijk en zorgt dat jouw koffiebar er tiptop uitziet.
Wat ga je doen
In de ochtend open je alleen of samen met een collega de koffiebar. Deze bevinden zich met name in kantoorpanden. Je bent vaak een van de eerste gezichten die gasten zien als ze het pand binnen komen. Je vindt het dan ook leuk om gasten te verwelkomen en een praatje te maken. Op sommige locaties / dagen / tijden kan het rustig zijn, dan kun je andere taken oppakken. Op sommige locaties / dagen / tijden kun je ook gemiddeld 150 gasten per dag hebben en dan moet je snel kunnen schakelen. Rustig of druk, jij hebt altijd een glimlach op je gezicht. Aan het eind van je shift zorg je ervoor dat jouw koffiebar er weer opgeruimd uitziet voor de volgende dag.
Waar ga je werken
Als barista werk je op verschillende (zakelijke) locaties zoals scholen, grote kantoren en overheidsinstellingen. Op de locaties werk je soms alleen en soms met een team.
