Vereisten - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding en mbo werk- en denkniveau;

Over de vacature

Voor een stabiel en groeiend productiebedrijf in Moerdijk zijn wij op zoek naar een operator 5-ploegendienst. Het bedrijf is actief in de productie en handel van milieuvriendelijke producten die worden gemaakt uit hout, houtkrullen en houtzaagsel. Het gaat om een continu 24/7 productiebedrijf. De belangrijkste producten zijn houtpellets, woodchips en haardblokken. Houtpellets en woodchips worden onder andere gebruikt in energiecentrales en verwarmingssystemen voor de industriële en particuliere markt. Haardblokken worden geproduceerd voor open haarden, vuurkorven en gesloten kachelsystemen. Als operator werk je vanuit de controlekamer, maar je bent ook regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden. Je houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten, bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt zelfstandig in wanneer dat nodig is. Je kan hier tot €3712,- verdienen inclusief 28% toeslag.

Dit ga je doen

Als operator in 5 ploegen ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Vanuit de controlekamer bewaak je de installaties en zorg je ervoor dat het proces stabiel en efficiënt verloopt. Tegelijkertijd ben je niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

• Opstarten van productie-installaties;
• Bewaken en controleren van het productieproces vanuit de controlekamer;
• Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct;
• Uitvoeren van producttesten volgens de kwaliteitsnormen;
• Signaleren en bespreken van afwijkingen met de bedrijfsleiding;
• Aansturen van de shovelmachinist;
• Ondersteunen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig;
• Instellen van rollen en matrijzen van de persen;
• Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
• Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen;
• Verzorgen van een duidelijke ploegoverdracht.
